Named for a Revolutionary War heroine who, legend holds, carried water to weary soldiers on the battlefield during the Battle of Monmouth, this service area is located on the southbound roadway at milepost 71.7, between Interchanges 8A and 8 in Cranbury Township, Middlesex County. The plaza was closed for remodeling in 2021 before reopening to the traveling public in 2022. It offers food options for every weary traveler.
