The Public Forum will be held on the following date: Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Oldmans Municipal Building, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, NJ 08067.

At the Public Forum, representative(s) from the Authority will be available to provide project information and answer questions. The public will be given the opportunity to provide both oral and written statements. The public comment period regarding the No Net Loss process will remain open for sixty (60) days following the Public Forum and will close on February 15, 2025. The public comment period regarding the Project under EO172 will remain open for fifteen (15) days following the public forum and will close on January 1, 2025.
