New Jersey E-ZPass will offer extended customer service hours today and tomorrow in order to serve customers inconvenienced by the system outage on Thursday.  

The Customer Service Center in Newark will be open until 9 p.m. today (March 15, 2019) and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow (March 16, 2019). The phone lines will be staffed during those hours, and the center will be open to walk-ins.

The E-ZPass website, phone system, and other automated functions provided for the New Jersey E-ZPass Group under contract with Conduent, Inc., were offline Thursday due to a system outage. Conduent is working with its hardware supplier to determine the cause of that outage.
