PNC Arts Center show scheduled for Thursday has been postponed

The Garden State Arts Foundation’s “Cousin Brucie Presents” show scheduled for Thursday, June 8, at the PNC Arts Center in Holmdel has been postponed because of poor air quality.

This show was to be hosted by legendary New York radio DJ Bruce “Cousin Brucie” Morrow and was to feature Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone; Tommy Roe; and The Soundtrack of Our Lives (featuring Deborah Rennard and Al Sapienza).

The Arts Center is an outdoor venue. Air quality in New Jersey has been degraded this week by smoke from wildfires in Canada. Due to concern for the health of concertgoers, organizers decided to postpone the show. It will be rescheduled soon.

The Garden State Arts Foundation has been presenting free classical, jazz, and pop shows at the PNC Arts Center on the Garden State Parkway in Holmdel since 1999.
