A stage of bridge deck repairs will close two of four lanes on the southbound Outer Roadway of the New Jersey Turnpike between Interchanges 13A and 13 in Elizabeth this weekend. A third lane will also be closed periodically during off-peak hours.

The work will begin at 9 p.m. Friday and conclude by 5 a.m. Monday.

Traffic impacts could be severe during daytime and evening hours on Saturday and Sunday.
