One local lane of the northbound Garden State Parkway near exit 117 in Hazlet will be closed this weekend for bridge deck repairs.
The right lane of the local roadway will close at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1st, and remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4th.
The work to be done during the weekend high-intensity construction cycle includes milling, spall repairs, and deck panel replacement on the structure that carries the Parkway over the ramps to and from exit 117.
A second northbound on the local roadway also will be closed this weekend overnights from 8 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday, 8 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. Sunday, and 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.
