The agency is committed to ensuring meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency. We provide language assistance services at no cost.

The information in this Language Access Plan reflects the New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s current assessment, practices, services, staffing, and resources as of December 2025. The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is committed to continuing its efforts toward ongoing implementation of language access and will revise this plan in accordance with the law.
