RM-204215 Prequalification of Contractors for Routine Towing Services on ZONE 7 of the New Jersey Turnpike
A VIRTUAL PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD VIA WEBEX ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2026 AT 10:00 AM. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING THE VIRTUAL PRE-SUBMISSION CAN BE FOUND ON BID EXPRESS.
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“Authority”) intends to pursue a two-step competitive process in the award of this service agreement. The purpose of this request for qualifications (“RFQ”) is to solicit interest and establish a short list of contractors that are qualified to provide “Routine Towing Services on ZONE 7 of the New Jersey Turnpike” to the Authority. No contract will be immediately awarded as a result of this RFQ. Rather, following a review of the responses to this RFQ, the Authority will develop a short list of the contractors that meet the minimum mandatory requirements numerated below. The qualifying contractors will receive a Request for Bids (“RFB”) soliciting Proposals to provide “Routine Towing Services on ZONE 7 of the New Jersey Turnpike”.
