REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS

(AUTHORITY COUNSEL, AUTHORITY COUNSEL (CONFLICTS), SPECIAL COUNSELS SERVICES)

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“Authority”), through a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“Responses”) from those firms and individual practitioners licensed to practice law in New Jersey who desire to serve as Authority Counsel, Authority Counsel (Conflicts) and Special Counsels for the Authority in various legal matters. Interested proposers are required to download the RFQ from the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. The RFQ will detail the required Scope of Services. Proposals must be submitted via Bid Express no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026. All Proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the Successful Proposer.
