It is the intention of the Authority to issue a Purchase Order/ “NOA” for the procurement of sand, stone, rip rap and screened topsoil.

Items purchased under this contract will be delivered as directed by the Authority. The term of the contract shall be for “one (1) year with the option to extend for two additional one-year” terms at the Authority’s discretion and the vendor’s concurrence.
