REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS

TITLE SEARCH AND INSURANCE SERVICES
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“Authority”), through a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for title insurance companies/agents to provide Title Search and Insurance and related services to the Authority. Interested proposers are required to download the RFQ from the Bid Express® service at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/7467/home?agency=true The RFQ will detail the required Scope of Services. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026. All Proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the Successful Proposer.
