REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR
SPECIAL COUNSEL – COLLECTIONS
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“the Authority”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“Responses”) from those firms and individual practitioners (“Counsel”) licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey who desire to serve as Special Counsel – Collections for the Authority. Interested respondents are required to download the RFQ from the Bid Express® service at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/7467/home?agency=true.The RFQ will detail the required Scope of Services. Responses must be submitted no later than 12:00 (Noon) p.m. on September 28, 2026. All Respondents must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the Successful Respondent.
