REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR INVESTMENT BANKING SERVICES:
SENIOR MANAGER AND CO-MANAGER POOLS
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“Authority”), through a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), is soliciting responses from qualified firms or individuals with demonstrated competency and outstanding qualifications to provide senior manager or co-manager investment banking services. Interested respondents are required to download the RFQ from the Bid Express® service at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/7467/home?agency=true. The RFQ will detail the required Scope of Services. Responses must be submitted via Bid Express no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 29, 2026. All Respondents must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the Successful Respondent.
